I finally have a "SEND YOUR EVENT" email form that will ATTACH your flyer and send it to me. The form is admin tested and also user tested and has worked as it should.
My only advice is to proof read your information before you send it. I receive forms with NO details. People want to know WHERE it is - MEANING ADDRESS. They also want to know what costs, such as ENTRY FEE. They want to know if there are other ACTIVITIES and FOOD.
Believe it - people are more likely to show up if they can picture where they're going and what they'll find when they get there.
